Cancellation Policy

Evaluations and Therapy Sessions

  • All fees are due in advance, prior to rendering of all services.

  • Evaluation appointment is NOT confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not received your appointment may be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

  • If you need to reschedule your evaluation, please call our office to check availability.

  • If for any reason we have to refund a paid and scheduled,NOT yet completed evaluation OR consultation we will charge $25 for processing fees.

  • Once an evaluation is completed by therapist, there will be NO REFUNDS. A report will be provided with findings.

  • If you are discharging or terminating ongoing services, we require at least 5 business days notice prior to the next scheduled billing cycle (the 1st and the 15th of every month).

  • If for any reason we have to refund pre-paid therapy sessions, we will charge a 10% fee due to processing fees.

  • Therapy sessions rescheduling or cancelling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled time; We will make every attempt to reschedule the session.

  • No shows and/or late cancellations will incur a fee of $25.00

  • Missing more than 3 consecutive sessions without notifying us OR excessive missed sessions, will kindly result in discharge from services at Speech with a Twist.

Classes

Class Rules

  • Child must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times for duration of the class.

  • Pre-registration is required. Please do not show up unregistered.

  • Full payment required prior to attending class.

  • We reserve the right to adjust/change class days and times in order to streamline our services.

Refund Policy and fees

  • No refunds for late class cancellations.

  • No refunds due to bad weather

  • Rescheduling is available from your confirmation email, when submitted within 48 hours prior to class. There will be NO rescheduling for NO shows.

  • Classes are non-transferrable.

  • $25 refund fee for private group classes. We require 5 days advanced notice.

  • $25 refund fee for PAID/Booked evaluations and/or consultations.

  • 10% refund fee for pre-paid therapy sessions.

  • $5 refund fee for single classes with 48 hour notice prior to class time.

  • Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness or other reason beyond our control, we will reschedule (NO refunds).
