We are out-of-network providers with all insurance companies. We may provide a superbill for therapy services upon client’s request. Client is responsible for all insurance claims and submissions.

Group Classes

What should I bring to class? Comfortable clothes, wipes.

Where are classes located? Our indoor classes are located at our office in South Miami, FL. Outdoor “POP UP” classes are located at A.D. Barnes Park.

What if I’m not concerned about my child’s speech or language development? You can still join the fun! We find our classes to be beneficial for ALL children as they socialize during structured play activities in a small group environment.

What if I’m not sure in which class to register my child? Our classes are divided by age groups, please see age groups and class names under class description here.

Are these classes considered therapy for speech and/or language? No. Although these classes would be beneficial or supplemental, it is not meant to replace therapy. If you think your child may need a formal evaluation, please contact us. We offer speech and language therapy services, consultations and screenings.

What language are the classes conducted in? Classes are conducted in English; however, all SLPs are bilingual and may accommodate a Spanish speaking child as needed.

Does a parent or adult have to participate? Yes. Our goal is for parents or caregivers to learn the strategies we use during class to carry over at home to provide a rich language environment. Also, adult must be present and is fully responsible for the child.

What if I can’t make it to a pre-registered class? We require a minimum of 48 hour notice for cancellations. See terms and conditions.

What are private group classes? We can provide a private class at a location of your choosing to your group of up to 6 children. The theme will be a choice from the current monthly themes available.

Do you offer refunds? We offer refunds if cancellation is within at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class on a case-by-case basis. No refunds due to bad weather. A $5 refund processing fee for each single class OR $25 processing fee for each private group booking and/or evaluations, consultations will apply.
